General Refund Policy

AZ Service strives to provide a seamless booking experience. However, due to the nature of our service and the involvement of third-party payment processors like Stripe, certain limitations apply to refunds.

Refunds for Online Payments

  • Cancellations Before Service Provider Acceptance: If you cancel a booking made through our online platform before the service provider accepts it, we will refund the booking fee and any applicable service fees, minus a 1.5% handling fee and any Stripe processing fees.
  • Cancellations After Service Provider Acceptance: Once a service provider accepts a booking, refunds are typically at the discretion of the service provider. However, we will endeavor to facilitate a refund if possible, but please note that Stripe processing fees and our handling fee may not be refundable.

Refunds for Cash or Direct Payments

For bookings made directly with the service provider using cash or other offline payment methods, refund policies are determined by the service provider. AZ Service does not have control over these transactions and cannot guarantee refunds in such cases.

Important Note:

Please understand that while we strive to assist with refunds, the final decision regarding refunds for online payments rests with Stripe. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees or delays associated with the refund process.
