Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AZ Service platform, including our mobile apps and websites (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.  

 

2. Your Account

  • To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account.  
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.  
     

3. Service Providers

  • If you are a service provider, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your services and business.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Customers

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to service providers is accurate and complete.  
  • You may be required to pay for services directly to the service provider.

5. Payments

  • We may use Stripe to process payments for services.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable payment terms and conditions.
  • A 1.5% handling fee may apply to online payments to both customers and service providers.
  • No fees apply for booking paid by cash or your own payment methods.

Important Note:

AZ Service is a mere intermediary between customers and service providers. We do not directly benefit from any services provided and cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by either party. However, we may assist in resolving any disputes that may arise in our role as a mediator.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  
     
     
     
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.  
     
     

9. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.  
     

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the Platform.
