All providers undergo identity verification before they can accept bookings. You can also see their star ratings, read verified customer reviews, and check whether they hold relevant trade qualifications.

Absolutely. You are in full control. You can set your service area, availability, and pricing. You can accept or decline any booking request — there's no obligation to accept every job.

AZ Service charges providers just 5% on each completed job for your first 3 months, then 10% after that. At the standard 10% rate, if you charge $200 AZ Service retains $20 and you receive $180. There are no upfront costs — you only pay after you've been paid, and customers never pay card fees.

Once a job is marked complete, your share is released to your Stripe payout account and automatically paid out to your nominated bank account every Friday.

Customers can pay by credit card, debit card, and selected digital wallets. All payments are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

Our service fee is subject to GST for Australian providers. You will receive a tax invoice each month detailing all fees charged. Consult your accountant for GST and income tax advice specific to your situation.
