Fees & Charges — AZ Service Australia

We keep our fees simple and transparent. This page summarises what customers and service providers pay when using AZ Service in Australia. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For Customers

• No platform fee. The price shown at booking is the price you pay. AZ Service does not add any service fee, booking fee or handling fee to customer payments.
• Minimum booking amount. Online bookings have a minimum value of $15.
• Cash or direct payments. Where you agree with a provider to pay by cash or another direct method, payment is made to the provider and no platform charge applies.

For Service Providers

• Platform service fee (commission). Providers pay a commission on bookings paid through the Platform: an introductory rate of 5% of the booking value for your first 3 months on AZ Service, and 10% thereafter. The fee is deducted automatically before earnings are credited to your in-app wallet.
• Payouts. Wallet earnings are paid out weekly on Fridays to your nominated account. AZ Service does not charge a payout fee.
• Cash or direct-paid bookings. No commission is charged on bookings paid directly to you in cash or by other agreed direct methods.
• Subscriptions & AI credits. Optional provider subscription plans and AI credits are priced as displayed in the app or on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. AZ Service does not pass Stripe's card-processing costs on to customers as a separate charge.

Changes to Fees

If our fees change, we will notify providers in advance through the Platform before the change takes effect. The fees that apply to a booking are the fees in force when the booking is made.
