EZ Service is committed to protecting your privacy. If you wish to have your data removed from our systems, you can submit a request by following these steps:

  1. Email: Send an email from the email address associated with your EZ Service account to admin@ezservice.com.au
  2. Subject Line: Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. Verification: In the email body, please include your full name and a brief explanation for requesting data deletion.

Important Notes:

  • Processing data deletion requests may take some time depending on the complexity of the request.
  • We may be required to retain certain information for legal or business purposes.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We will verify your identity before processing. Please allow up to 30 days for completion.

We will verify your identity and respond within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly. Once confirmed, deletion will be completed within 30 days.
Warning: This action permanently deletes your account and cannot be reversed. All your data, bookings, and reviews will be removed.
